About me
Daniel Lerner
Daniel Lerner is named in over 80 U.S. patents that span multiple engineering and technology disciplines. His interest in innovation and technology started as a young child, deconstructing and reconstructing anything and everything in his family’s home. Guided and encouraged by two uncles, and inspired by his parents’ creativity, Daniel turned his knowledge and passion for engineering and technology into a multifaceted career, combining artistry and ingenuity in every new invention.
Daniel’s expertise expands over many engineering disciplines, including industrial meters, solar energy, cryptography, parking revenue control and automation, industrial automation, oil and gas, semiconductor testing, and bio-technology. During his extensive work with ultra-secure cryptography, he developed 18 patents in the field of synchronous distributed key management technology. Throughout his life, Daniel has also remained interested in expanding and innovating renewable green energy.
Daniel has five children and seven grandchildren, and starts most days on a kayak around the lake, followed by meditation and an unsweetened coffee. Local Wind Energy is his first book, and he is currently writing a second, entitled Water Water Water – For Abundant Life and Health.
